Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-08- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF'A VARIANCE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, RAMDANCE, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied fbr a variance from Section 9.11.01(1), regarding allowing more than one main building on a lot, on the property legally described as follovvs: Outlot I, Ramsey Town Center Addition; Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property) WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on August 5, 2004, conducted the punic hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance to allow for more than one main building on a lot as part of the development of the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows Based on Resolution #04-08-__adopting Findings of Fact # , a variance to allow ibr multiple buildings on Lot 1, Block 1 of the proposed Town Center 3rd Addition. is approved for the development of the Subject Property. That the Applicant is allowed to have four principal buildings and an accessory building (car wash) on the future Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition. The development of Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition shall generally be in accordance with the Preliminary Site Plan prepared by URS dated July 8, 2004 and as amended in the future. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in processing the variance request.
