For lots located within the 2020 MUSA where adjacent structures existing as of July t, <br />2002, have a different setback fi.om that required herein, the front yard setback shall <br />conform to the prevailing setback of adjacent structures. If adjacent structures have <br />different setbacks fi'om one another, the minimum front yard shall be the average of the <br />two (2) adjacent structures. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5. Development Eligibility within the Central Rural Preserve <br />and Rural Preserve Areas. When a parcel's acreage is not evenly divisible by ten (10) <br />allowing for a pro rata density of four (4) units per forty (40) acres, an additional lot may <br />be developed only if the size of the fractional parcel is at least seventy-five percent (75%) <br />of that required l:br a single or an additional lox.
