Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION//04- - <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A CLOCK REPAIR BUSINESS WITHIN THE PRINCIPAL DWELLING <br />ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8340 154TM LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF <br />FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04- - adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSE'Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On _, 2004 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Bretton Gates ("Permit Holder") to operate a clock repair business in the principal <br />dwelling located .on the property generally known as 8340 154th Lane NW and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 7, Block 8, Whispering Pines Estates <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for a clock repair business to operate within'the principal <br />dwelling located on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. That the Permit Holder is not allowed any non-resident employees. <br /> <br />That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:30pm and <br />Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm. <br /> <br />That the number of clients or customers permitted in the dwelling unit at one time shall <br />be limited and shall not create a parking demand' in excess of that which can be <br />accommodated in the existing driveway. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.10 of City Code relating to <br />outside storage of vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />Removal of waste fi'om the home business shall be disposed of in accordance with all <br />Federal, State, and Local regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />
