IMPERVIOUS SURFACE: An artificial or natural surface <br />through which water, air or roots carugot per~trate. <br /> <br />J_~: Land or buildings where waste, discarded or <br />salvaged materials are bought, sold, stored, exchanged, <br />c/eared, ~mckaged, disassembled or handled. <br /> <br />LA~) RE~%MATION: The process of the re-establishment of, <br />acceptable topography (i.e. slopes), vegetative cover, soil <br />stability and the establishment of safe conditions <br />appropriate to the subsequent use of the land. <br /> <br />LIGHT MANUFACTURING: The processing and fabrication of <br />certain materials and products where no process involved <br />wLll produce noise, vibrations, air pollution, fire hazard <br />or noxious emission which will disturb or endanger <br />neighboring properties. <br /> <br />I~T: A parcel of land occupied or capable of being <br />occupied by one (1) or more structures. <br /> <br />LOT, DEPT~ OF: A mean horizontal distance between the <br />front and rear lot lines measured in the mean direction of <br />the side lot lines. <br /> <br />~)To FRONTAGE: The front of a lot shall be, for purposes <br />of complying with this Ordinance, that boundary abutting a <br />public right-of-way having the least width. <br /> <br />LOT. IN~ERIOR: A lot, other than a corner lot, including <br />through lots. <br /> <br />~: A property boundary line of any lot held in <br />single or separate ownership; except that where any portion <br />of the lot extends into the abutting street or alley, the <br />lot line shall be de~med to be the street or alley right-of- <br />way. <br /> <br />LOT. MINIMUM AREA OF: The measurements of a lot computed <br />exclusive of any portion of the right-of-way of any public <br />street or thoroughfare for all commercial and industrial <br />lots and all residential lots within the Urban Area. For <br />residential lots within the Rural Area, the minimum lot area <br />may include the right-of-way of any public street or <br />thoroughfare. <br /> <br />LOT OF RECORD: Any lot which individually, or as part of <br />a subdivision, was a separate parcel of reoord on April 28, <br />1972. <br /> <br />lot fronting on two parallel streets. <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br /> <br />
