Stacking of vehicles shall not be permitted on a public street. <br /> <br />There shall be no off-street t~rking within 3 feet of any street <br />r ight-of-wm]. <br /> <br />~fOR~3E <br /> Garbage receptacles, refuse areas must be in rear or side <br /> yards, and must be screened from public view. <br /> <br />No exterior storage shall be allowed if the property abutts an <br />R-1R, ~R-1 or R-2 district. Where the property does not abutt <br />such district, all exterior storage shall be screened with the <br />exception of: <br /> a. merchandise displayed for sale; <br /> b. materials and equi~ment Ixesently being used for <br /> oonstruction on the premises; or <br /> c. merchandise located on service station punp islands. <br /> <br />LANf~CAPING <br /> All business uses shall provide a landscaped area along all <br /> streets and areas sepmrating business frcm residential use. <br /> This shall be kept c/ear of all structures, storage, and off- <br /> street p~rking. ~his area shall be at least 20 feet in depth <br /> along all streets, measured from the street right of way. <br /> Except for driveways, the area shall extend along both streets <br /> in the case of a corner lot. <br /> <br />All structures, required landscaping and fences shall be <br />maintained so as not to be unsightly to adjoining areas. <br /> <br />SCR~ING <br /> Where any business is adjacent to residentially zoned/use ixo- <br /> perty, there shall be screening provided along the boundary of <br /> the residential property. Screening shall also be provided <br /> where a business or parking lot is across the street from a <br /> residential zone (but not on that side of the business con- <br /> sidered to be the front). Screening shall consist of one or <br /> more of the following: <br /> a. shrubs; <br /> b. berms; <br /> c. trees. <br /> Screening shall be opaque. <br /> <br />All screening within 30 feet of any driveway or street shall be <br />less than 36 inches in height above the curb or center of the <br />street. <br /> <br />Screening shall consist of an attractive fence or wall, or equi- <br />valent not less than five feet high, but not to extend within <br />fifteen feet of any street or driveway. ~he screening shall be <br />placed along property lines, or in the case of screening along <br />a street, twenty feet from the street right-of-way with land- <br />scaping between the screening and pavement. <br /> <br />H-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
