JOY ANDERSON <br /> <br />Ms. Anderson is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a beauty salon <br />frc~ her residence at 17720 Roanoke Street N.W. Ms. Anderson's parcel is <br />approximately 1.1 acres in size. Ms. Anderson has stated that the beauty salon <br />will be a one person operation and she will be the only operator. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-a) contains the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a.
