Lift the "Public Use" Restriction on Outlot G. <br /> <br />(~ange the last sentence of Exhibit C to read as follows: <br />'Furthermore, the rates or fees charged for usage by the general <br />public shall be commensurate with, and not greater than the range of <br />fees charged by other such facilities within the TWin City <br />metropolitan area which are open to the general public, at a cost not <br />to exceed reasonable daily greens fees, which greens fees shall be no <br />higher than the average of all public golf courses in Anoka County.' <br /> <br />Further, that the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign said <br />develoi~ent agreement for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
