PROCEEDINGS OF CITY GGUNCIL <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> I~JBLI C HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANf~A f~UNTY <br /> S~TE OF MINNES0q~ <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment public hearing was held on Tuesday, DecOr 11, 1984 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding Mr. Terry Hendriksen's request for variance. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Jean Schlueter <br />Mayor Tom Gamec <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />CouncilOr Gary Reimann <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />City Acoountant Jeanne Baapala <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br />! <br /> <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br /> <br />Chairperson Schlueter called the public hearing to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Bendriksen was present. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted, for the record, a memo from City Staff regarding a ~hone <br />call from Mr. John Boros of 156th Avenue NW and his co~nents that Mr. <br />Hendriksen already has b~o accessory buildings and if the property changes <br />ownership, what guarantee is there that the buildings will be for personal use <br />only. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendriksen submitted, for the record, a petition signed by his neighbors <br />in which they state that they have no objection to a variance being granted to <br />Mr. Rendriksen to construct t~o more accessory buildings. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adjourn this <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing. <br /> <br />PAGE 1 CF 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
