Raatikka of Bakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. with reference to the surface water drainage <br />problem existing in the area north of 150th Lane and west of <br />County Road 856 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and this report was received <br />by the Ramsey City Council on January 22, 1985. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA C/~3NTY, S~TE OF MINNESC~, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council will consider the surface <br />water drainage problem existing in the area north of 150th Lane <br />and west of County Road ~56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter <br />210.01 of the Ramsey City Code at an estimated cost of the <br />improvement of $ <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of January, 1985. <br /> <br />ATIEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
