I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councl ]mem~e~ moved for it~ adoption: RES~TION RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (Whisp~ring Pines Plat S 185-5) WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: 1) 157th Lane N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street 2) 158th Avenue N.W. between ]~edgehog Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street N.W. 3) 15Btb Lane N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road ~83) and Kangaroo Street N.W. 4) Eland Street N.W. between 158th Lane N.W. south to its end. 5) Ferret Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. 6) Hedgehog Street N.W. between 15Bth Lane N.W. and 157th Lane N.W. 7) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. and to assess the benefited property for all or a Dortion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANGKA OU3NTY, S~I~TE (F MINNESOgA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Bakanson Anderson Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Resolution %85-
