I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councl ]mem~e~ <br />moved for it~ adoption: <br /> <br />RES~TION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />(Whisp~ring Pines Plat S 185-5) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following <br />streets by sealcoating: <br /> <br />1) 157th Lane N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. <br />and Kangaroo Street <br /> <br />2) 158th Avenue N.W. between ]~edgehog Street N.W. <br />and Kangaroo Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) 15Btb Lane N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. <br />(County Road ~83) and Kangaroo Street N.W. <br /> <br />4) Eland Street N.W. between 158th Lane N.W. <br />south to its end. <br /> <br />5) Ferret Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. <br />and 158th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />6) Hedgehog Street N.W. between 15Bth Lane N.W. <br />and 157th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />7) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. <br />and 158th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a Dortion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />NOW T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANGKA OU3NTY, S~I~TE (F MINNESOgA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter R. Raatikka of Bakanson Anderson Associates for study and <br />that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Resolution %85- <br /> <br /> <br />
