I I I I I I I i ! i I I I I I i i I Counctlmember Introduced the following resolution ano moved for its adoption: RESCLUTIO~ IB5- RESOLI)TION OlqDE~I~G PREPARATION OF I~EPORT ON IMPI~OVEMENT Sandy Acres 185-7) WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: 1) Waco Street N.W, between 153rd Avenue and 150th Avenue N.W. 2) Xkimo Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue 3) Yakima Street I~.W. between 153rd Avenue and 150th Lane N.W. 4) Zuni Street N.W. lying between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. 5) 15Oth Avenue N.W. lying between Waco Street N.W. and Xkimo Street N.W. 6) 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Xkimo Street N.W. and the west line of Gorham's Sandy Acres Estates 7) 151st Avenue N.W. between Yakima Street N.W. and Zuni Street N.W. and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City C~de. NC~ T~EREFORE, BE IT lqESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IqAMSEY, ANOKA CC[3N~, S~E OF MINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to ~r. Peter lq. Raatikka of Bakanson Anderson Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve~nent is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as reoo~mended.
