Commissioners at their I:~cember ![, 19S~, tool< the following actions concerning your closure plan, financial assurance, and license: meeting o! closure/post Approval of the closure/post closure plan submitted by ~/aste Management o~ Minnesota, Inc. for the Anoka Landfill dated December 19~3 and revised on May 16, November 21, and December 6, 195q and received on December 1~, 19~. Approval of this plan, or waiver of any plan requirement, does not in any way limit or reduce ~he licensee and owner's obligation or responsibility to properly close this site and to maintain it in such a manner that it does not degrade the soil, waters, or air of Anoka County or create a nuisance or endanger ~he public or to take remedial action to correct such degradation. Approval of the following waiver of the ordinance requirements for this plan be approved: ae Publication of notice of closing be limited to the Minneapolis Star and Anoka Onion Shopper because the majority of the individuals using the site are from the area served by the Anoka Union Shopper and ~he remaining customers are served by the Minneapolis Star. Acceptance of the operational/closure financial assurance in the amount of $3~0,000 by performance bond. ,Approval of ~'aste Management's plan to provide closure period site monitoring and post closure period site maintenance and monitoring financial assurance by irrevocable letter of credit from Security Pacilic National Bank, subject to review, modification, and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legality.
