TO: FROM: DATE: RE: MEMO Ramsey Mayor and City Council City Engineer January 17, 1985 Staff Report Status of Subdivisions: Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Final plat approval was granted at the May 24, 1984 council meeting. Developer is required by ordinance to start construction within one year, unless the time period is extended by the City Council. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year extension on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. Co Pondvale Excavating: The streets in this development were paved on November 5, 1984. Final grading and restoration is scheduled to be completed this spring. Ramsey Commons: This plat was filed in 1984. River's Bend: Arcon Construction company is installing the utilities in the project and has completed 93% of the work. The completion date on the utility project is May 10, 1985. Street construction in River's Bend is scheduled to be completed next spring by Forest Lake Contracting. River's Bend 2nd Addition: Preliminary plat approval was tabled by the Planning and Zoning Commission at their January 15, 1985 meeting due to pending action by the Department of Natural Resources concerning density. Ford Brook Estates: The final grading on this drainage project has not been commpleted due to high water levels and wet conditions. Pumphouse No. 1: This project is currently under construciton by A&K Construction, Inc. Final completion of the project is scheduled for June 1, 1985. However, the pumphouse is scheduled to be operable next month. Currently, the contractor is waiting for the completion of the hydro-pneumatic tank, which has to be installed prior to placing the roof on the pumphouse. The roof and the tank are scheduled to be installed on January 31, 1985. Ramsey Terrace Street Pro~ect: A public hearing on this project scheduled for January 29,'-1985.
