J84,18 I I I I I I I I I I I I Arcon Construction, with the r~ndation of the City Engineer, is requesting partial payment no. 4 in the amount of $70,829.05 for Projects %84-12 and %84-18 for work that has been completed. We will be retaining 5%, or $39,281.11, inasmuch as the project has not been finalized. A & K Oonstruction, with the recorm~endation of the City Engineer, is requesting partial payment no. 2 in the amount of $34,654.08 for Project %84-13. -Again, as before, 5% or $2,444.28, will be retained. ~his project is 28% complete to date. Enclosure (D2-e) contains psy estimate no. 4 for Arcon Construction and pay estimate no. 2 for A & K Construction for your consideration in thismatter, as well as the proposed resolutions approving the payment. ~Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above request for partial payments to Arcon Construction and A & K Construction.
