What the people are not told is <br />that the same bond issue would be costing the business ~wner $500/year. <br />Many business ~wners do not even have a chance for input on refernd~ bond <br />issues because they don't reside in that con, unity; yet they are paying <br />most of the freight on bond issues passed. Minnesota referend~m~ laws <br />should be designed to be representative of the truth in referendt~ issues.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners Schmidt, <br />}{ardin Wagner, Muller, Miller, Fults, Vevea and Cox.
