I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Counc] ]member and moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution I~S~TION RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY POR ARCON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (Project ~84-12 AND 884-18 Trunk Sanitary Sewer) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution ~84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property for municipal utilities and municipal trunk faci 1 i ti es. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company for the oonstruction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Rakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated January 14, 1985, Arcon Construction Company in the amount of $70,829.05. NC~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA ~NTY, S~TE CF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Company for Trunk Sanitary Sewer in the ~ount of $70,829.05. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this p~rt~al payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution %85- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on January 22, 1985, approving payment of the bills for the month of January. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed ool~; of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Resolution ~85-
