I i I I I I I I I I I I I I ! I I I Councilmembe r and moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESiIJ3TION 185- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR A & K CONSTRUCTION, INC. (Project 184-13 la, hi, use No. l) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution 184-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guaranty Property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 184-213 awarding the bid to A & K Construction, Inc. for the oonstruction of Pu~phouse No. 1; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of l~akanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated November 19, 1984, A & K Construction, Inc. in the amount of $34,654.08. NOW ~I~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, S~]~]~ iF MINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to A & K' Construction, Inc. for Pumphouse No. 1 in the amount of $34 , 654 . 08 . 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial piryment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution 185- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on January 22, 1985, approving payment of the bills for the month of January. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed colby of this resolution. ~e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Resolution 185-
