I
I
I

I
I
I
!
i
I
I
I
I
I
i
I
I
I
I

REPORT ON FEASIBILITY STUDY
FOR
RAMSEY TERRACE
BITUMINOUS STREET PAVING

SCOPE

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of providing
bituminous streets to serve the above referenced area. This report
further provides a cursory review of the existing drainage system
within the project area.

The project area lies within the Southeast Quarter and the Southeast
Quarter of Section 22 and the Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter
of Section 35 all in Range 25 West, Township 32 North, City of Ramsey,
Anoka County, Minnesota.

The project area lies North of Industry Avenue (County Road North 116)
and West of the Flintwood Hills Plat.

The project area is shown on Exhibit A.

EXISTING CONDITIONS

The present street network consists of a rural street section with a
gravel or sand surface approximately 26-28 feet in width. Generally,
the street culverts and driveway culverts are in place. Bowever,
ditch cleaning and culvert cleaning should be done in conjunction with
the street paving. Also, some areas will require culverts.

1
