I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84-244 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN WATERSHED <br />SUBDISTRICTS FT4 AND FT1 OF WATER DISTRICT 43 (Project ~84-17) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Counci adopted July 24, 1984, a report was received with <br />reference to the Watershed Subdistricts FT4 and FT1 of Water <br />District 43 (Project ~84-17) within the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the improvement is to alleviate flooding in an <br />area generally known as Flintwood Hills First Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all benefited property owners of the proposed <br />project are to be identified pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANCKA GGUNTY, STATE OF MINNES(YI~, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council has identified the <br />benefited property owners to be as follows: <br /> <br />Adalbert L. & S.
