II. <br /> <br /> FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />TRUNK STORM SEWER FACILITIES FOR <br /> DRAINAGE DISTRICT FORTY-THREE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The purpose of this report is to review the technical feasibility <br />of providing trunk storm sewer facilities for Drainage District <br />Forty-Three in the City of Ramsey as shown on Exhibit B. <br /> <br />The area of benefit, as shown on Exhibit A lies within the West <br />half of Section 22, Section 23, Section 25, Section 26, the West <br />quarter of Section 27, the North quarter of Section 35 and the <br />North quarter of Section 36 all in Township 32 North, Range 25 <br />West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />In addition to reviewing the technical feasibility, this report <br />will determine trunk benefits, separate the oversizing costs from <br />the lateral costs and make recommendations on methods of <br />financing the project. <br /> <br />EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> <br />Based on the Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan for the City, <br />Drainage District Forty-Three consists of approximately 1,669 <br />acres of gently rolling land. Elevations vary from approximately <br />850 feet above mean sea level along the Rum River to approxi- <br />mately 890 feet above mean seal level in the areas along Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br /> <br />
