MAINTENANCE ~CT: ~lne maintenance oontract for Honeywell is due for renewal on March 1, 1985. However, rather than simply renewing the contract, they have presented us with a three year ~ontract which the Staff is recommend- ing for approval. Enclosure (D2-1) contains the contract, a letter from them regarding their proposal, and a Staff memo in regards to this matter.
