CURT KUMMAIA: <br /> <br />Mr. Curt Kummala, owner of the Iron Works Gym, is considering <br />building a larger facility on the northwest corner of the intersec- <br />tion of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW and Industry Avenue ~. In the past it <br />has been Council policy to allow a less intense use in a more intense <br />zone without acquiring a conditional use permit.
