's request for a temporary conditional use permit for mining on the following described property: ~he South ~alf of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota and further, to direct Staff to prepare a conditional use permit agreement for review at the meeting of February 26, 1985. CURT KUMMAIA: Mr. Curt Kummala, owner of the Iron Works Gym, is considering building a larger facility on the northwest corner of the intersec- tion of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW and Industry Avenue ~. In the past it has been Council policy to allow a less intense use in a more intense zone without acquiring a conditional use permit. Mr. Ktm~ala is also requesting authorization to subdivide by metes and bounds a parcel of about three acres.
