<br />hearing at 7:30 p.m. on January 15, 1985 in the Oouncil Chambers
<br />of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W.,
<br />Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303 for preliminary plat approval of River's
<br />
<br />Bend, Seoond Addition, for River's Bend Properties.

<br />Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka
<br />Gounty, Minnesota, described as Commencing at the Northwest
<br />Corner of said Goverr~ent Lot 6; thence South 0 degrees, 00
<br />minutes, 17 seconds West along the West line thereof (being the
<br />line o~nnecting said Northwest oorner of Goverrm~nt Lot 6 with a
<br />Judicial Lanark marking the Southwest oorner of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of said Section 36) for 1321.96 feet, more or less, to
<br />the Southwest (k)rner of said Goverrm~nt Lot 6, being a point on
<br />the last described line; thence North 89 degrees, 55 minutes, 33
