The wetlands
are not concentrated in one area, but rather scatered
throughout the community. All Type 3, 4 and 5 wetlands
of 2.5 acres or more have been mappd by the DNR and
shall be identified on the offical zoning map
referenced in Section 170.012B of this chapter.

Shoreland Overlay District: In order to guide the wise
development and utilization of shorelands of protected
waters for the preservation of water quality, natural
characteristics, economic values and the general
health, safety and welfare, certain protected waters
in the City have been given a shoreland management
classification.

These protected waters of the City have been classified
by the Commissioner of Natural Resources as follows:

Natural Rnvirom~_nt t~k~

1) Shack Eddy 2-109
2) Itasca 2-110
3) Bogers 2-104

~eci~at~onal .i~velom~.n.t La~o_~

1) Jeglens Marsh
2) Peltzer Pond
3) Grass (Sunfish)

2-111
2-112
2-113

~ra! ~ve~ome~t..Lak~

1) Ramsey Terrace Pond
2) Magnesim Street Pond
3) Industry Avenue Pond South
4) Industry Avenue Pond North

2-114
2-116
2-117
2-118

~_ner _al .Deve_lo_rmen_t' .Streams

1) Trott Brook

Sections 1, 2,
3, 7, 8, 9,
T32N, R25W

Ordinance ~85-
