Municipal State Aid <br /> <br />Streets are to be financed by MSAS funds. <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />Due to the current bond market situation, it is difficult to project <br />accurately the annual amortized unit costs. Therefore, an estimated <br />interest rate of ten percent (10%) will be used to project estimated <br /> <br />annual costs. <br /> <br />The following table provides a cost summary for the improvement pro- <br /> <br />jects based on the total estimated cost, unit cost and annual amor- <br />tized unit costs projected at ten percent (10%) interest for a period <br /> <br />of three years. <br /> <br /> <br />
