Counc] lmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />~_,gGL~ TION ~85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN WHISPERING <br />PINES ES~I~TES AREA (Project ~85-5) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Bakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) 157th Lane N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. <br />and Kangaroo Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) 158th Avenue N.W. between Bedgebog Street N.W. <br />and Kangaroo Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) 158th Lane N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. <br />(County Road #83) and Kangaroo Street N.W. <br /> <br />4) Eland Street N.W. between 158th Lane N.W. <br />south to its end. <br /> <br />5) Ferret Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. <br />and 158th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />6) Hedgehog Street N.W. between 158th Lane N.W. <br />and 157th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />7) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. <br />and 158th Lane N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this report was received by the Ramsey City <br />Council on February 26, 1985, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all benefited property owners of the proposed <br />project are to be identified pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council has identified the <br />benefited property owners to be as follows: <br /> <br />Owner/Occupant <br />8361 - 158th Lane N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />17-32-25-43-0001 ~85-5 <br /> <br />Resolution #85- <br /> <br />Page 1 of ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
