Counc] lmembe r <br />moved for Its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION %85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN 161ST & <br />TZAMA S~EET (Project %85-6) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R.
