Counci lmember moved for :[ts adoption: introduced the fo/lowing resolution and RESOLUTION 185- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING I~EARING ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT (885-6 161st & Llama Street N.W.) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the sealcoatin9 improvement of the following streets: 1) 161st Avenue N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. and Llama Street N.W. 2) Llama Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. and 163rd Avenue N.W. WBEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 26, 1985 which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project Total Assessed front feet Estimated Cost Per Front Foot $12,492.00 $1.319 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~iE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANGKA C(~3NTY, S~t~TE OF MINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the sealcoating improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $12,492.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of April, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improv~r~ent as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of February, 1985.
