Raatikka of Rakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to the sealcoat~ng improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) 156th Avenue N.W. between Variolite Street <br />N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W.
