Co unc i lmembe r <br />moved for ] ts adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN OAKRIDGE <br />ES~TES AREA (Project ~85-10) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of ~akanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) 163rd Avenue N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. <br />and Llama Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) Ferret Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. <br />and Bedgehog Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) Bedgehog Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. <br />and Ferret Street N.W. <br /> <br />4) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. <br />north to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />5) Kangaroo Circle N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. <br />N.W. (County Road ~83 north to its end at the <br />cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> WBEREAS, this report was received by the Ramsey City <br />fbuncil on February 26, 1985, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all benefited property owners of the proposed <br />project are to be identified pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council has identified the <br />benefited property owners to be as follows: <br /> <br />John P.
