Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESGLUTION ~85- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING ]]EARING ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT (~85-10 Oakridge Estates) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Rakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 163rd Avenue N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Llama Street N.W. 2) Ferret Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. and Hedgehog Street N.W. 3) Hedgehog Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. and Ferret Street N.W. 4) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. north to its end at the cul-de-sac. 5) Kangaroo Circle N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road ~83 north to its end at the cul-de-sac. W~EREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 26, 1985 which report indicates the following: Estimated T~tal Cost of Project Estsimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property owner oost) Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (3 year term) 1st year 2nd year 3rd year $15,298.00 373.12 161.69 149.25 136.81 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~]E CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA O0~NTY, S~t~TE OF MINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the sealcoating improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such Page 1 of ~
