Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESC~TION %85- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING BEARING ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT (%85-11 Pineview Estates) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raat~kka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 149th Avenue N.W. between Ramsey Blvd N.W. (County Road %56) and Uranimite Street N.W. 2) 149th Lane N.W. between 150th Lane N.W. east to its er~] at the cul-de-sac. 3) 150th Lane N.W. between Oranimite Street N.W. and Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (County Boad #56) 4) Uranimite Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. 5) Peridot Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 26, 1985 which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project Estsimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property owner oost) Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (3 year term) 1st year 2nd year 3rd year $ 9,757.00 286.97 124.35 114.79 105.22 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF BAMSEY, ANOKA OSUNTY, S~I~TE OF MINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the sealcoating improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $9,757.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of April, 1985 in the Council Page 1 of ~
