It is recommended that <br /> the City take the following steps should the City Council decide <br /> to proceed with the improvements as presented. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey should adopt the feasibility study and <br />set the public hearing for the earliest date possible <br />following the requirements of the City Charter. <br /> <br />After holding the public hearing, the City must wait 60 days <br />for comments prior to ordering plans and specifications. <br />Receive plans and specifications and advertise for price <br />quotes. <br /> <br /> Complete the project and hold the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Continue to monitor the water levels in the area. If water <br /> levels continue to rise and start to endanger properties in <br /> the area, the ultimate solution to the drainage problem <br /> <br />should be considered. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
