Counci lmembe r moved for its .~option: introduced the following resolution and RESGLUTION %85- RESOLUTION CALLING FOR REARING ON STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AREA (150th Lane N.W. & Rhinestone Street N.W. %85-1) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted December 11, 1985, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of f~akanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the storm drainage improvement area: --Generally located north of 150th Lane N.W. between Uranimite Street N.W. and Rhinestone Street N.W. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 26, 1985 which report indicates the following: Estimated ~btal Cost of Project Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property owner cost) Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (10 year term) $ 8,100.00 362.58 61.57 NOW TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANGKA ODUNTY, S~I~TE (iF MINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the storm drainage area improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvementprso the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $8,100.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of April, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improv(~ent as required by law. ~ne ~x)tion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of February, 1985.
