I I I I I I I I Counc] lmembe r moved for its adoption: Introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~85- RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN RUM RIVER HI~.~-q P.U.D. (Project ~85-3) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted December 11, 1984, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of }takanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the following streets: a) 169th Avenue N.W. between 170th Lane N.W. and Iodine Street N.W. b) Iodine Street between ~telium Street N.W. south to the col-de-sac. WHEREAS, this report was received by the Ramsey City Oouncil on February 26, 1985, and WHEREAS, all benefited property owners of the proposed project are to be identified pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council has identified the benefited property owners to be as follows: Mr. Wilbur F. Dorn, Jr. 16610 Fluorine Street N.W. Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 Mr. John J. Berglund 300 East Main Street Anoka, Minnesota 55303 ~homas W. & Paula E. Anderson 16831 Beliu~ Street N.W. Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted aga]nst the m: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of February, 1985.
