Counc~lmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BEARING ON RUM RIVER HILLS P.U.D. (~85-3) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted December 11, 1984, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to the improv~ent of the following streets: <br /> <br />1) 169th Avenue N.W. between 170th Lane N.W. and <br />Iodine Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) Iodine Street N~W. between Helium Street N.W. <br />south to the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City <br />Council on February 26, 1985 which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated T~tal Cost of Project $ <br />Estimated ~btal Assessment <br />per unit $ <br />Estimated Annual Assessment <br />per unit $ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That a public hearing shall be held on such <br />proposed improvement on the 9th day of April, 1985, in the <br />Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such bearing improvement as required by law to the <br />benefited property owners on the proposed improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of February, 1985. <br /> <br />ATI~ST: <br /> <br />Page 1 of <br /> <br /> <br />
