Counci]member introduced the fo~lowing resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR A & K CONSTRUCTION, INC. (Project ~84-13 PumIahouse No. 1) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution ~84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guaranty Property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #84-213 awarding the bid to A & K Construction, Inc. for the oonstruction of Ptm~ouse No. 1; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of [~akanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated February 15, 1985, A & K Construction, Inc. in the amount of $59,368.23. NOW TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANGKA (I1]NTY, S~]%TE OF MINNESO~%, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to A & K Construction, Inc. for Puml~ouse No. 1 in the a~ount of $59,368.23. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial pa~t. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #85- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on February 26, 1985, approving payment of the bills for the monthof February. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed oouy of this resolution. ~e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by Page 1 of
