Counci lmembe r <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESC~J3TION ~85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER ~1 FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />~84-18 and ~84-19 (149th Avenue N.W.M.S.A.S.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />the following resolution approving the following project in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Resolution 884-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for <br />River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee Property) <br />for municipal utilities and municipal trunk <br />facilities. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution 884-248 awarding the bid to Forest Lake Contracting <br />Company for the improvement of 149th Avenue N.W. between the west <br />plat boundary of River's Bend to Waco Street N.W.
