I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I i I Counci lmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESGLUTION ~85- RESOLUTION IDENTIFYNG PROPERTIES TO BE ACQUIRED IN THE PLAT OF RIVER' S BEND WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has approved the plat of River's Bend; ar~ WHEREAS, as a part of that approval, municipal utilities were installed; and WHEREAS, during construction it became necessary to relocate certain utilities; and WHEREAS, not all utilities are now located within platted easements; and WHEREAS, it also became apparent that the acquisition of other drainage easements, other than those necessary for utilities would be required; and WHEREAS, the developers have agreed to provide the easements necessary to make the required corrections. NOW ~7~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, S~t~TE ~F MINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby directs the City Staff to acquire the following described easements by deed: The east 15 feet of the west 20 feet of Lot 12, Block 5, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, Minnesota. The east 15 feet of the west 20 feet and the north 5 feet of the south 10 feet of Lot 13, Block 5, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, Minnesota. The east 15 feet of the west 20 feet and the south 5 feet of the north 10 feet of Lot 14, Block 5, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, Minnesota. The northwesterly 5 feet of the southeasterly 10 feet of Lot 40, Block 6, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, Minnesota. The southeasterly 5 feet of the northwesterly 10 feet of Lot 41, Block 6, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, Minnesota. 2) That said easements be properly filed with the County Reoorder's Office in the Anoka County Courthouse.
