This is <br />a major acoomplishment for the City of Ramsey. We will have to be <br />oognizant of all of our policies governing development in the City in <br />bow we amend th~. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Financial reports - Due to the workload, we have had to hold up on the <br />two financial reports you normally get each month. Bowever, ! don't <br />think that this will be a proble~ next year for several reasons. <br /> <br />2) Legislation - ~e following is submitted on this ite~: <br /> <br />a) Local government aid - We are working on legislation regarding LGA. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Legislation regarding host cities and landfills - We are also working <br />on this issue and you will have our proposal before you at the meeting <br />tonight for your approval so we can proceed. <br /> <br />3) General - ~he following is hereby submitted on this issue: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Vacation - I will be going on vacation for two weeks (March 12th <br />through 26th). ~'nis is probably the best time because it will not <br />interfere with legislative issues. I will have Anne Norris, our City <br />Planner, monitor the proposed legislation regarding host cities. <br /> <br />b) Housekeeping tasks - We will be involved in the following major house- <br /> keeping tagks: <br /> <br />1) General files; <br /> <br />2) Upgrading of certain docments to get more productivity from Staff <br /> by use of word processing. <br /> <br />Story - ~hese housekeeping tasks are really quite significant and I will be <br />going over th~m~ with you at a future date. <br /> <br />LGS:pjc <br /> <br /> <br />
