NOTICE OF I~3BLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA CU3NTY S~I~TE OF MINNESC~ WHOM IT MAY 00NCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment will bold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 26, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. ~he purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. Aaron Hinton to build a second house on one parcel of land. ~he property is legally described as follows: ~hat part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, a distance of 400 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 of the North- west 1/4; then South and parallel with the West line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, a distance of 300 feet; then East, and parallel with the North line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, to the West line of the East 165 feet of the West 60 acres of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 9, T~m~nship 32, Range 25, then North, along said West line of said East 165 feet of the West 60 acres of said Northwest 1/4, to the North line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; then West along said North line to the point of beginning and there terminating. All of the foregoing being subject to any existing easements, oovenants, restrictions, reservations. ~at part of the South 275 feet of the North 575 feet as measured along the East line, of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, T~wnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying East of the West line of the East 650 feet thereof, as measured along the North line thereof; and that part of the South 275 feet of the North 575 feet as measured along the West line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, T~wnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying West of the East 165 feet thereof, subject to a roadway easement over the East 33 feet thereof and together with a roadway easement over the West 33 feet of the East 198 feet of said South 275 feet of the North 575 feet.
