Hinton, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant,' in <br />conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a variance to <br />construct a second residential structure on one parcel of land. <br /> <br />~e variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditions. <br /> <br />1) When the holder of the lifetime estate on the farmstead <br /> no longer occupies said pr~nises, the farmstead shall no <br /> longer be used as a residential dwelling unit. <br /> <br />2) ~his variance shall apply to that property legally described <br /> as follows: <br /> <br />~hat part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Norhwest 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 9, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota des- <br />cribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line <br />of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, a distance of <br />400 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Northwest <br />1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; then South and parallel with <br />the West line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, <br />a distance of 300 feet; then East and parallel with the <br />North line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, to <br />the West line of the East 165 feet of the West 60 acres of <br />the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 9, T~wnship 32, Range 25, <br />then North, along said West line of said East 165 feet of <br />the West 60 acres of said Northwest 1/4, to the North line <br />of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; then West <br />along said North line to the point of beginning and there <br />terminating. All of the foregoing being subject to any <br />existing easements, covenants, restrictions, reservations. <br /> <br />~hat part of the South 275 feet of the North 575 feet as <br />measured along the East line, of the Northwest 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 8, T~wnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />lying East of the West line of the East 650 feet thereof, <br />as measured along the North line thereof; and that part of <br />the South 275 feet of the North 575 feet as measured along <br />the West line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of <br />Section 9, T~wnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />lying West of the East 165 feet thereof, subject to a road- <br />way easement over the East 33 feet thereof and together <br />with a roadway easement over the West 33 feet of the East <br />198 feet of said South 275 feet of the North 575 feet. <br />Subject to any existing easements, covenants, <br />restrictions or reservations. <br /> <br /> <br />
