The City is located in the County of <br />Anoka, Minnesota's fastest growing county. The City encompasses <br />approximately 32 square miles and has a present population of 10,860. <br /> <br />GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION <br /> <br />Ramsey has a mayor-council form of government. The mayor is elected <br />for a two-year term while the four Council members are elected at large <br />for four-year terms.
