Accordingly, enclosure (D2-f) contains this <br />feasibility study. <br /> <br />In keeping with the requirements of the City Charter, all the <br />benefited property owners must be identified by resolution prior to <br />scheduling a public hearing on the project. A resolution for <br />Projects $85-4 through $85-12 containing the lists of benefited <br />property owners for your adoption is also contained~in enclosure <br />(D2-f). Further, a couy of a resolution for Projects $85-4 through <br />985-12 to accept the feasibility study and call-for a hearing is also <br />oontained in the above enclosure. <br /> <br />Project %85-13 is for 167th Avenue NW. This is an M.S.A.S. street <br />and will, therefore, be paid for through M.S.A.S. funding. Enclosure <br />(D2-f) contains the proposed resolution accepting the feasibility <br />study. <br /> <br />Council Action for PraJect~ ~85-4 throuah <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the resolutions for <br />identifying the benefited property owners and to accept the <br />feasibility study and set a public hearing date for the sealcoating <br />improvements in the above listed areas. Unanimous consensus of the <br />Council is required to dispense with the reading of the proposed <br />resolutions. You may adopt the following proposed motions for <br />Projects $85-4 through $85-12 (state motion for each project <br />separately,.naming the sealcoating area and projec~y/~r the <br />above list). ~ .., ~ .~ ~ <br /> <br /> Resolution 985-__ which identifies benefiting property owners <br /> of ~ ~_ .... ~ .__ (Project $85----).
