(Please refer to Dl-e.) <br /> <br />D-2 CGgNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Addition of: <br /> <br />Case ~15: I~ROPOSED JOINT PriCERS ~GREE~ENT REGARDING ]]UM RIVER J~ATERg}IED <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-v) contains the proposed joint p~wers agreement which <br />we recommend that you do not adopt. ~ne major reason for this <br />recommendation is that we feel it is not in Ramsey's best interest. <br />For example, it leaves Burns T~wnship out and we think they should <br />be contained in the watershed district. Also contained in this <br />enclosure is the proposed resolution if you would decide to adopt <br />the agreement. <br /> <br />Consequently, we r~nd that it be tabled until the April or May <br />1985 Council meeting.
