Johnson, 17840 Flourine Street N.W., for a oonditional <br />use permit to utilize a mobile home for office space in an I-1 <br />Industrial District and to sell automobiles in an I-1 Industrial <br />District. <br /> <br /> ~e property is legally described as ~at part of Lot 7, <br />Auditors Subdivision 34, Anoka Oounty, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: oon~nencing at the Southeast oorner of said Lot 7; thence <br />Northwesterly on the Southwesterly line of said LOt 7, a distance <br />of 770 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said <br />LOt 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said LOt 7; thence <br />Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 350 feet <br />to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence South <br />and parallel with the East line of said LOt 7 and ts the <br />Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said <br />Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet; thence North and <br />parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the <br />Northwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said <br />Northeasterly line and ts the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />oon~nent on the oonditional use per~t request. <br /> <br /> Written GOnT~ents are weloome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
