I I I I I I I NOTICE OF PJBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA O~UNTY S~TE OF MINNESO~ WHOM IT mY OONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Oon~ission will bold a public hearing on January 15, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. ~he purpose of the hearing is to oonsider a request by Mr. Allan E. Johnson, 17840 Flourine Street N.W., for a oonditional use permit to utilize a mobile home for office space in an I-1 Industrial District and to sell automobiles in an I-1 Industrial District. ~e property is legally described as ~at part of Lot 7, Auditors Subdivision 34, Anoka Oounty, Minnesota, described as follows: oon~nencing at the Southeast oorner of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on the Southwesterly line of said LOt 7, a distance of 770 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said LOt 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said LOt 7; thence Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 350 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence South and parallel with the East line of said LOt 7 and ts the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said Northeasterly line and ts the point of beginning.
