What about another "ordanance,, that says a person owning a dog <br />has to tie or pen tile dog within 10 to 20 feet from their own <br />bedroom window - boy, would that cut down on the barking dogs J <br />I know that ordanance is not very probable~ but it sure is an <br />intriguing concept. But it's Just as real as the others, when <br />the others ~ren't enforced. <br /> <br />I sure to hope something can be done about this problem~ not Just the loose dogs, but <br />the barking - it is no fun to bas woke up during the night by a barking dog that no <br />one bothers to go out and check to see why ttls barking - or there's no one there for <br />two to three days at attme to even call about it.
