The developer has made a deposit to cover the cost of plans and specifi- cations for Phase I of the development. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year exten- sion on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. Pondvale Estates: The streets in this development were paved on November 5, 1984. Final grading and restoration is scheduled to be completed this spring. De River's Bend: Arcon Construction Company is installing the utilities in the project and has completed 93% of the work. The completion date on the utility project is May 10, 1985. Street construction in River's Bend is scheduled to be completed this spring by Forest Lake Contracting. Construction is scheduled to start around the first of April. Ee Oxbow Addition: Preliminary plat approval was granted by the Planning and Zoning Commission at their March 5, 1985 meeting. Kovar Addition: The plat was given preliminary plat approval by the City Council on March 7, 1985. Ford Brook Estates: The final grading on this drainage project has not been completed due to high water levels and wet conditions. Pumphouse No. 1: This project is currently under construction by A&K Construction, Inc. and is 91% complete. The pumphouse will be in operation next week. Work remaining includes the telephone alarm, clean-up and landscaping around the building. This final completion of the project is scheduled for June 1, 1985.
