Mr. Johnson is requesting preliminary approval of his project and an aut hori zat ion to prepare the necessary documents to submit an appl icat ior, to the Minnesota Energy and Economic Development Aut hop i t y. The following consideration: items are contained in enclosure CD~-b) for your a) Proposed resolution giving preliminary approval project b) Proposed letter from the City to Mr. Richard Nadeau c) Application to the Council Act ion~ Your action will be to approve/disapprove of adopting the proposed resolution giving preliminary approval to the Food -n- Fuel project· Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of the proposed resolution.
