Vot lng no Item E: Request for CDBG Funds for Economic Development Brochurel Anoka County is requesting those cities which have unexpended FY1983 CDBG funds to spend these funds on eligible activities by August 17, 1985. Any unexpended funds after this date will revert to Anoka County for reallocation. The Ramsey Economic Development Commission is preparing an economic development brochure; the costs of producing this brochure will be covered by CDBG funds. The following consideration: items are contained in enclosure (DS-f) for your a) Proposed resolution b) Preliminary application to Anoka County Council Action~ Your action will be to approve/disapprove of adopting the proposed resolution authorizing an application be ~ade to Anoka County for CDBG funds to be used for the production of an economic development brochure for the City of Ramsey. Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of the proposed resolution.
